Jonathan Loeb

Jonathan Loeb is a running coach passionate about helping athletes train smarter, build confidence, and achieve their goals through personalized, evidence-informed coaching.

He is completing his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy at Elon University and will begin his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) education after graduation this upcoming December. His academic background includes exercise physiology, biomechanics, strength and conditioning, nutrition, and human performance.

Jonathan is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA Certified Nutrition Coach, and holds Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. He has experience coaching cross country and track & field athletes, working with runners through Fleet Feet gait and biomechanics assessments, and contributing to undergraduate research focused on running biomechanics and metabolic responses.

As a distance runner himself, Jonathan has completed 14 half marathons, 2 marathons, and numerous other races. His firsthand experience with endurance training allows him to understand the challenges runners face and create realistic, individualized training programs.
